Different Username on Session Timeout

Hi

We have a very weird issue. When an user logins into EBS and then his session times out, a different username appears on the timeout login page. This is so frustrating and the whole integrity of the system is being questioned now.

How can a different username who may be logged in at the same time be appearing on the application page.

Steps

- Open the EBS instance URL in a browser

- Input the username and password

- When the home page opens, choose any responsibility and launch the form

- Leave the session idle for some time

- Try to access the instance after session timeout, then it redirects you to login page with a different username displayed. This happens intermittently
