   Hi :

    I was installing Customer Engagement18.0. When I installed it in the chapter "Application Installation Tasks" according to the manual "Oracle Retail Customer Engagement Installation Guide Release 18.0", In step 22, I needed to execute the following command:

But after I executed it, the system reported an error:"NameError: Name 'listLogHandlers' is not defined"
