Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Difference between "Profile Class Payment Terms" and "AR Payment Terms"?

We can set Payment Terms either in the Customer Profile Class and/or Payment Terms.

What is the difference in setting the Payment Term either in the Profile class and the one in the Payment Term?
