How to troubleshoot Error after Creating EX Fluid WorkCenter (Doc ID 2521487.1)?

We followed the steps in Doc ID 2521487.1 to create a Fluid Expense WorkCenter.

Step 1:) In Application Designer, open Component Definition EOWC_MDSTARTPG_FL. The custom Fluid WorkCenter Component will be based on EOWC_MDSTARTPG_FL (Enterprise Component's Fluid WorkCenter - Master/Detail component for Fluid WorkCenter framework).

Step 2:) Save the component under a different name, e.g.: CUST_WORKCENTER_FL. When asked if associated PeopleCode should also be copied, answer 'Yes'.

Step 3:) Create a menu to host the WorkCenter. E.g.: CUST_WORKCENTER_FL. Add your Fluid WorkCenter Component to that Menu

Step 4:) Register the Component to the Portal Registry.
