Available Refinements does not show any data. Button 'Select Data Set' does not allow to select anyt

Hi All,

in Payables/Procurement Command Center it is not possible to filter data by available refinements, there are no available refinements. I see only button 'Select data set' which does not allow to select anything.

Any idea how to solve it?
