WBS Code Picker not found in new Cost Type BP Details form release 20.4

Hello,

A client system was recently updated to 20.4. We are working on building a new cost type BP however we are not able to find the WBS Code Picker in the details form.

We are able to find the WBS Code (BitemID) in the Data Elements list and able to find the Picker in previously created BPs.
