siebel tools is very slow on ip19 version

Hi Folks,

Recently we are upgraded to 19.11 version and we are experiencing the dedicated siebel tools is very slow. Can you please let me know if any one come across the same issue and what was the solution.

Version: IP19 (19.11)

Application: Field service

DB: MS SQL
