Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. E-Business Suite Upgrade Analyzer - 12.X to 12.2.X (Doc ID 2634237.1)

Based on the description I assume it will help me with my 12.1.3 environment yet I get the error saying:

Analyzer is not configured to run on Apps Version 12.1!

So is this just for 12.2.x?
