Problems Configuring Service Now Connector

edited Sep 19, 2020 5:03AM in System Monitoring Plugins and Connectors (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

I have an 13.4.1 OEM on Linux 7.  I am configuring a Service Now connector that I have already installed and every attempt is failing.

The architecture is that we are using a cloud-based Service Now implementation and I need to configure the connector to reach the cloud.  We have a "mid-tier" server from which we connect to the cloud and the connection is port 443.

I specified the full URL for the cloud in the three Web Service End Points, replacing "[InstanceName]" with the mid-server name (DNS) and that doesn't work--get a time out.

Do I need to specify the mid-tier server in the "proxy" area of the configure screen?

Howdy, Stranger!
