Deploying static website to WebLogic server (Linux)

Hi,

I'm trying to do something that I believe should be simple, but I keep hitting errors.

I am trying to deploy a static web site to WebLogic server. I have been following a number of sites to try and help, most are related to WebLogic servers installed on Windows servers

Here is the directory structure on the WebLogic server

/app/ouabiadm/OUABIDOM/oua_outage/

- oua_maintenance_page.html

- WEB-INF

         web.xml

Here is the html file:
