Why we are seeing "Record Saved" Message on Applet when we try to save record after 20.5 Siebel patc

in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC) Question

We have Siebel Patch 20.5 on Siebel 19.8. After the patch is applied we are seeing whenever user is saving record, a message is show on applet as ( Record Saved) it is message left corner of the applet and not a alert or popup message.

Is it a new features? or something it is used for JAWS application. If it is use to JAWS application then how can we disable it?

Here is the bug which we think got fixed in 19.12 and we are seeing it in 20.5? Doc ID - 2628158.1
