Formula/Routing/Recipe are not getting collected. This only happens with recipe with OSP resource

Hi there

RE SR 3-23339067881 Formula/Routing/Recipe are not getting collected,

the user has observed that  Formula/Routing/Recipe are not getting collected.

This only happens with recipe with OSP resource only.

Now as per document 282870.1,  if a resource is OSP, it will not be collected. This is 11i  

Is it STILL applicable in 12.2.9 ?
