Why Control accounts don't need to be opened for Journal Reversals?

Hi,

This is related to Third Party Control Account functionality of Natural Account Segment in Oracle EBS release 12.1.3. If we mark an account as "Restrict Manual Journals" we can't book manual journals to that account. But the same isn't needed for Reversals i.e. I set Third Party Control Account value from "Restrict Manual Journals" to "No", upload and post a journal. Set the account back to "Restrict Manual Journals". Now I reverse the journal by clicking on the Reverse button within the journal and it gets reversed without the need to remove the control from the account.  Is there a
