How to update IP address of monitored AIX host?

OEM 13cR2  13.2.0.0.0

Plans are being made at my place of work to change the IP addresses of an AIX host monitored by OEM 13cR2.

On the OEM Console home page for the host, the configuration section shows the host's IP address.

What steps must I perform to make OEM 13cR2 aware of the host's new IP address?

I have been unable to find information on how to do this in documentation for OEM 13cR2 and on Oracle Support's website.
