Weblogic Won't Start Errors JPS-01055 & ORA-01017

Found this Solution in Document #Doc ID 2677293.1

1) Go to  $WEBLOGIC_HOME/ user_projects/ domains/ {DOMAIN_NAME}/ config/ jdbc/

2) Update OPSS password in the below files: 

  • LocalSvcTblDataSource-jdbc.xml
  • opss-audit-jdbc.xml
  • opss-auditview-jdbc.xml
  • opss-datasource-jdbc.xml
  • WLSSchemaDataSource-jdbc.xml

3) Restart the AdminServer clearing tmp/cache.

Please help with Steps #2.  When I locate these files the passwords are encrypted.

We are using Oracle Weblogic 12.2.1.3
