"Created", "Mod" Dates in Saved Workbook Fusion Client

Hi all,

I have a question regarding the dates that are presented in a saved workbook in Fusion Client. After some testing cases I noticed that the "Created Date" takes the date of the system whereas the "Mod Date" takes the date with which the daemon has started . This means that in a saved workbook no matter when it is modified the mod date will always be the same until daemon is restarted. Is this how it works? Where could "Mod Date" source date change?
