Not all objects are inserted into F98780R and F98780h tables

Hi Team,

I have recently upgraded my setup from 9.2.3.4 to 9.2.4.3 tools and applied the UN4 update.

My instance was created on OCI using one-click provisioning on Linux OS and Oracle database.

After doing the tools update for all components and applying planner, tools enhancement ESU and ASI, I am building the full package and facing issue.

For DV920, I have all the objects present in deployment server DV920/Include and source but those are not all objects are getting created on the F98780R table.

I do have the the F9860 table SIGTFFU1 flag set to 1 for all objects needed but those are still not getting inserted into the repository table.
