After database upgrade to 19c, autoconfig is failing on EBS app node

Dear All

I have managed to upgrade from 11g to 19c for ebs but yet having some issues on autoconfig with error txkCfgUtlfileDir.sh  1

The issue has been resolved but something else came (generic errors). now am facing the issue of

500 Internal Server Error

Servlet error: An exception occurred. The current application deployment descriptors do not allow for including it in this response. Please consult the application log for details.

after being upgraded from 11.2.0.4 to 19.3.0 C, i have tried severals google soln but no luck...could u please help me.
