Cellsys target status depending on how the rac was added to the oms

Cellsys targets  status  after adding a rac to oem.

We currently have an issue that most of our cellsys targets are stuck in pending addition state.

No we removed a rac  target and added it back to the oms .

we tried 2 different ways to achieve this

1 manual addition (where we inut all the parameters declarativly. (so full manuel input)

after  the connection test where ok  we continued to add the rac target. but after a day  the cellsys target was still in the panding addition state.

2 Using guided process. so let oem discover the target.

After choosing the right target en completing the connection test, we promoted the target.
