Work Order hard commitment issue in P41202

Team,

We have an issue with Item Availability application P41202. We noticed that False Work order hard commitment quantity keeps increasing day by day but we do not have that much of large numbers of work orders in system. We know false commitment can be cleared by work order Re-post program R3190 but we need to know how the fake quantities are updating. We are using JDE XE version.

I am attaching screen shot of one Item number (27-2839) which is showing incorrect WO hard commitment. As of today we have only 52 work order hard commitment quantity.
