Dynamically make mandatory of UDA attribute

Hello,

I wanted to make a one supplier UDA information mandatory based on supplier type.

for example, create insurance page and the insurance information need mandatory for certain special category suppliers.  For other the page shouldn't force to enter while they navigate from isupplier page.
