OCOM Probe to collect RTP flows on two separate interface

Hello,

We have some weird behavior on RTP flows that makes ongoing calls to lose audio or the quality of audio to be degraded.

This issue being random, it's hard for us to get proper traces without impacting production.

We are working on the process to deploy a standalone EOM Probe but I wanted to confirm an information I couldn't find in dokku :

As we need to collect media from both ingress and egress sides of SBC simultaneously, will the probe be able to collect media traffic from 2 ports on 2 differents switchs ? (by dedicating one interface of the probe to each) Or the probe supports only one capture interface and for our needs we would need to deploy 2 standalone probes ?
