Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Hi Experts

Please share your thought about this.

we have a cursor that get the data as below:

xml tag:org_info

<postal> <address1> <address2> <tel> <fax>

I want to display the data in rtf like below layout:

〒<postal>

<address1>

<address2>

<tel> 　<fax>

Now if i insert the org_info,it's not display as requirement.

the position is not good.

Is there any way to design the template and get the required layout?
