RPM - Clearance Reset Failure CONFLICT_EXISTS_FOR_ONE_OR_MORE_ITEM_LOCS_UNDER_THE_RECORD

Hi Folks,

Seeking assistance on this as this is the first time I encountered this error message.

I am running RPM 16.0.1 currently and encountered this error while trying to reset a clearance:

CONFLICT_EXISTS_FOR_ONE_OR_MORE_ITEM_LOCS_UNDER_THE_RECORD

So there is a clearance in executed state in RPM_CLEARANCE table and with corresponding reset approved in RPM_CLEARANCE_RESET.

Now, the I've loaded another clearance under the same ITEM/DIFF_ID/CURRENCY on a later date with lower Clearance Price than the current.

The next day, I tried resetting the current active Clearance before the next Clearance get effective and this issue was encountered.
