ERP JDE 8.0 version Security Violation issue

Dear Experts,

We are using ERP JDE XE/8.0 Version . Suddelly JDE login time All Users and admine ficing issue in JDE login time.

When we try to login JDE facing given below issue

AFTER when i click ok getting given below screen

Could you please advise what actions we need to take care on this issue , how can i proceed to resolved.
