Why does the password frequently drop from the Local E1DB Service Account?

On all our fat client machines we have the same issue:
Double click the JD Edwards Client application icon and it doesn't appear to open. Check the services and all Oracle services associated with the Local E1DB service account aren't running, try to restart the services and they fail due to the service account password. To fix we then run Lusrmgr.msc reset the password for this account, change the password at Oracle service level, start the services backup again and JDE will open without issue. The client is usually fine then for the rest of the day or sometimes 3 or 4 days, but eventually we will encounter the same issue
