I have a requirement for the EE to generate a business travel letter for his travel. This does not need approval, so needs to generate instantly. It needs to include his info and job/org as well.

I know I have to use document management to create the rtf template, include tags and fields. But how to initiate this request and how to attach the RTF? what self service action to use? Is this custom?

(This is EBS not HCM-cloud)
