FROM WHICH TABLE I CAN GET AMORTIZE_ADJ FLAG?

Hi All,
I have a situation in which I required amortize_adjustment flag and amortize_start_date in query. I have amortize start in fa_transaction_headers table but can't find any table from which i can get amortize adjustment flag.
please help
