Best Practice to Update / Edit already defined Document of Records
Hello Everyone,
R12.2.9
I had created Document of Record as below
Category | Document Type
|
HR Information | Passport Information |
ID Information | |
Visa Information |
What I need to do as below
- First I need to update the document type name to make them all start with same letters, for ex; XX, to be easier for the users while entering their data
- Need to add a subcategory for each document type
- Need to update the Category Name
Im asking because while trying I did steps as below
- I updated the Document Type name [ Passport Information -> XX Passport Information ]
(To take effect I run register document type request with new document type name and same category HR information)
