Period Close Exceptions - Other Exceptions frequent occurrence

Hi Team,

What could be the potential reasons for "Period Close Exceptions - Other Exceptions" frequent occurrence. We have zero customization in the payables module but every period we are having one or two "other Exceptions" because of which we have to wait for a Data Fix and is an hindrance for our period closing activity. Since its "Other Exceptions" we cannot even sweep..

The ebs version in use is 12.2.6..
