How do i get privileges to download for Software Extended Support patches ?

Hi,

We are from Micro Focus and currently using an account  to download the Oracle software's bits and patches for our internal development and testing purpose.

We found that we couldn't download certain patches and getting message like "You do not have privileges to download Software Extended Support patches".

So what's the process to get the account right privileges ?  Could you mail the details to "balamurugank@microfocus.com"
