After ODA Patch 19.6 - ILOM and BIOS showing different values Installed vs Available

We recently applied ODA patch 19.6 on one of our ODAs

We are seeing that the Available version for ILOM and BIOS is not same as Installed version  as can be seen below

Since we have patched the ODA, should not the installed version and available version be same like the rest of the components?

Does this mean we missed some steps?
