gridsetup.sh - ERROR: Unable to run the setup script as user (grid)

Dear Team,

Trust you are all keeping well and safe.

We are trying to run a Grid Infrastructure for 'linuxx64_12201_grid_home.zip' on Redhat 7.4 as grid user.

The "./runcluvfy.sh stage -pre crsinst -n xxx,yyyy verbose" was successful.

However, we encountered an error when we tried to run the 'gridsetup.sh' and the error is as below 

[grid@xxx grid_1]$ ./gridSetup.shERROR: Unable to run the setup script as user (grid). Run the setup script from a location where the Oracle Grid Infrastructure software image is owned by user (grid).Alternatively, run the setup script using -destinationHome pointing to a location that is writable by user (grid). That location specified as -destinationHome will then be used as Oracle Grid Infrastucture home.
