Access both 11g and 12c forms from Windows 10 machine

I have one custom application built in 11g forms , and another custom application built in 12c forms.both have webutil functionalities.

i would like to access both of them from my local win10 laptop. I'm able to open both the forms but the 11g froms Webutil is not working. When I access the 11g version forms webutil the page is just getting refreshed functionalities are not working.

Please help to fix the issue.
