Using R47011 to create Drop ship orders that have a Sales Blanket - Creating inventory

Hi I am using the R47011 to create drop ship sales orders SD line type D (Inv Interface flag in P40205 for line type D = N) and I have a Blanket order referenced in the Original order fields (szoorn, szocto, szokco, szogno).

When processing the records I am seeing the LIPCOM value in the F41021 decrease and this is ultimately creating false inventory

The P4210 version that the R47011 is calling is set to not check availability, Commit to Quantity 1 or Qty 2 is Blank

Processing option 7 on the Processe tab "Blanket/Quote order Processing" is blank also

The drop ship blanket type is a SB and is in the UDC 40/BT
