Extract processes abending due to Error ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [krvxrerfl1], [24

Hello everyone,

The environment I work with is the following:

- Oracle DB, version 11.2.0.4.0

- Oracle Golden Gate, version 12.3.0.1.4

I have set three Oracle GoldenGate monodirectional  "extract + pump" processes in integrated capture mode to replicate data to a remote Oracle DB (version 10.2) where Oracle GoldenGate (version 11.2) is installed.

Suddenly, while Oracle GoldenGate was not replicating any data, these three processes went to ABEND state because of this low level error:

2020-06-29T11:31:34.596+0200  ERROR  OGG-00662  Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, extnmp.prm:  OCI Error ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [600], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []                                (status = 600).

2020-06-29T11:31:34.687+0200  ERROR  OGG-02078  Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, extnmp.prm:  Extract encountered a fatal error in a processing thread and is abending.
