in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) Question

Goodmorning everyone,
I have an Oracle Database 19C Standard Edition on a Windows Server 2016 Standard in Italian.
I'm trying to download the latest patches for my product but can't find the correct version.
In the search result I get several versions related to 19.3.0.0:
OCWRU, OJVMRU, Giru, DBRU, ACFSRV.
Which one should I choose?
How do you understand which is the correct version for my product?
