iSupport for Customers
Hi,
Can anyone help me with the following, if there is any feasibility to do this through isupport -
This will help me to explore further to design a solution -
1. Give access to the isupport to the customers
2. Check the product details & product warranty (I know this can be integrated with Oracle Installed base but I want to know if we can also check for warranty of the product)
3. Submit Returns for their Product Repairs (create service requests - I know this is possible please confirm)
4. Track the Service Request & repair status
5. Quotation for Repairs
6. Quote Approvals (if Necessary)
7. Actual Repair (items & Costs)
