Oracle GI Installation failed on PRVG-11826

Dear Team,

I have installing oracle 12c Grid Infrastructure on Redhat 7. However it failed on 100% with 

Failures were encountered during execution of CVU verification request "stage -post crsinst".
Failures were encountered during execution of CVU verification request "stage -post crsinst".Verifying Single Client Access Name (SCAN) ...FAILED  Verifying DNS/NIS name service 'prod-db-scan' ...FAILED  PRVG-11826 : DNS resolved IP addresses "" for SCAN name "prod-db-scan" not  found in the name service returned IP addresses "xx.yy.uu.12"  PRVG-11827 : Name service returned IP addresses "xx.yy.uu.12" for SCAN name  "prod-db-scan" not found in the DNS returned IP addresses ""  hostname2: PRVF-4664 : Found inconsistent name resolution entries for SCAN            name "prod-db-scan"  hostname1: PRVF-4664 : Found inconsistent name resolution entries for SCAN            name "prod-db-scan"CVU operation performed:      stage -post crsinstDate:                         Jun 30, 2020 3:36:19 PMCVU
