How to call an external url from function associated to Menu in Oracle Apps ?

Hi All,

We have a requirement that an external url (Any Outside Website urls) needs to invoked/opened when we click on function associated to menu in responsibility.

Kindly let me know the steps/process to achieve this. Thanks!
