Are there SOX Compliance Reports for OTM 6.3.7 Run On-Prem

in Oracle Transportation Management (MOSC) Question

We are currently running OTM version 6.3.7 on prem.  I've seen on line document 2446849.1, which details how to get SOX Compliance reports in 6.4.2 running in the cloud.  I'm hoping someone can help us figure out if that same information is available in our version and how we can find it.
