Is there a way to track the history of deleted Revaluations?

An owner of a Revaluation profile could not find his setup, and we suspect someone else must have deleted it.   We would like to know who did it and when.   However the record is no longer in the apps.gl_revaluations table-- and, we could not find "Compile Definition Access Sets" in our archived concurrent request table.  Is there any other way to find deleted records for revaluations, like an archive table?  Thanks!
