Our Validation accounts doesn't get calculated until we Force Calculate them.

Steps I follow:

1. Input data in HFM
2. Through Data Grid I find Entities for change CalcStatus is CH, then I "Calcuate" it.
3. Then I see my Validation Accounts in Data Form and I see no validation Variences/Values

4. But when I run Force Calculate it starts giving me Values in Validation accounts

I saw the Rules and found that our validation is fixed on condition "if <entity curr adj>" and validation account gets calculated for <entity currency total> when we run "force calculate":

i think i would like to check is if we run force calc does it bypass "if <entity curr adj>" condition as set in rule and run on everything?
