Full Pkg DV Build Errors after installation

Installation is JDE 9.2.4 on Oracle 12c Database

Hello Team

I just completed a fresh installation of JDE base version and have been having several errors with the section for building XML SPEC on the client package, complaining that there are no records for the select in the source in several sections of the log file. Server package log is clean though.

I have checked my database for some of the tables referenced in the error and except for table F98750 all the other tables F98760, F98306 are not empty. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue will be appreciated.
