Need help setting up SSL connectivity to database; I receive TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
I am running Oracle Enterprise 19.7. This is just for testing changing passwords, but we need to test both with and without SSL connectivity. We need to test versions 12c2, 18c. Those two setup went clean after following https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?parent=SrDetailText&sourceId=3-23389925191&id=736510.1 . With 19c I get to the second piece of step 5 when tnsping is used to verify the connectivity. I receive this:
[oracle@oracle-db-19c ~]$ tnsping "(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcps)(HOST=<FQDN>)(PORT=2484))"
