11.2 - Loading Profiles (NOT) Status says "completed with exceptions" how do you find the exceptions

Trying to load about 701 profiles in 11.2, status says Completed with Exceptions but no profiles were loaded, there's nothing in the job console and there's nothing in the log. So where does one find the exceptions?

1. Tried to load 701 profiles received message “completed with exceptions”
2. Same records as the total in 701, loaded 400 profiles, loaded fine, normal errors
3. Same records as in the 701, loaded 252 profiles, loaded fine, normal errors
4. Same records as in the 701, loaded 49 profiles, loaded fine, normal errors
5. No idea why the 701 would not load

No information being logged when “completed with exceptions” in the log or in the Job console
