Sublease under IFRS16

Hi,

We have a requirement to implement property manager IFRS16 to manage expense leases. At the same time all leases will be subleased to another organization. We have IFRS16 implemented before and have experience with IFRS16 for other units. We also have revenue leases implemented some units and understand how revenue leases work. Sublease is just another form of revenue lease but linked to a parent lease which is an expense lease. Our finance department provided the attached document to explain how it should be handled.
