oracle ebs r12.1.3 upgrade to r12.2 under 19C (19.3.0) database

Dear All

Greetings!

I have managed to upgrade 11g to 19c pdb, not i have the issue of upgrade application from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9, i have stuck on rapidwiz prerequisites its give an errors 1. Technology codelevel check failed 2. Database name validation x

errors details shows.

1. Technology codelevel check failed

Node EBS is missing bugfixes 29548437,30869156

The required Technology codelevels are not met.

  Download the latest ETCC patch (17537119) from My Oracle Support and execute it from RDBMS ORACLE_HOME before proceeding with the Upgrade.
Ignoring this warning might result in failures during Upgrade and ADOP enablement.

2. Database name validation x

The database SID and the database name must be the same in order to proceed with the upgrade:
