OACORE Servers Erroring Again and Again

Hi Experts,

We have just gone live from 12.1.3 to 12.2.8 upgrade. post Upgrade all our OACORE servers are erroring after sometime withf following. When this is coming for sometime the OACORE becomes unresponsive and we had to rolling bounce. Again things becomes normal.

We had 2 OACORE on each node and each having 2GB Heap and PermSize. Yet this.
