How to create the internal party for Oracle EAM setup completion

Hi All,

At the moment no any internal customer is defined in the system. I want to create the Internal Party or Customer for installed base parameter (what is the required information for creation of the internal party).

If I following this document, the Type internal is not available.

How to Set Up Internal Party for New Install Base Customers (Doc ID 734277.1)

The Party Name field requires an Internal Party. For new Install Base customers, this party can be first setup as an internal party using Contact Center under Oracle Customer Support module. The internal party need not carry an account number. This HZ_PARTY can then be used in the Party Name field in the Install Base Parameter setup.
